The overall ambiance was charming and luxurious, but
one thing I noticed was the limited variety in the breakfast spread. While it included fresh, local ingredients, I wished for a few more options to choose from. The staff were exceptionally attentive throughout our stay, making the experience memorable.

The Deluxe Double Room was cozy and beautifully decorated, making it a real treat. I loved the luxurious bathroom amenities, which added a nice touch. The room felt spacious, but the shower was a bit small, and I did feel some cold air coming in from the window during the night. Otherwise, it was comfortable and clean, so not a big deal. Just wish the shower could’ve been better!

Couple seeking lovely experiences
I can't even describe how very nice the staff were! They helped us set up a surprise birthday cake, all while I thought I was the master planner! It arrived beautifully set up, alongside a bottle of Prosecco The breakfast had this amazing honeycomb that I couldn't get enough of!
It wasn't exactly inexpensive, but still very reasonable for the experience we got.

Staying here for a business trip was a wonderful experience, especially with the amazing service provided by the staff. they were incredibly helpful with everything from making reservations to arranging transportation. The cozy atmosphere of the Deluxe Double Room added a touch of luxury to my stay, while being just a short walk to major attractions like the Gallerie Degli Uffizi and Palazzo Vecchio kept my schedule efficient. The only downside was that room service was limited to breakfast, which would have been nice to have available all day.
